Northern Exposure is probably one of the finest and strangest pieces of television ever created. It is the only show I know of which is truly supernatural. When the show first aired I didn't think much of it but I later became addicted to it and started to think that the show really is more than just a little peculiar in places. The supernatural themes of the show are weird and wonderful and the processes which led to this show being created are absolutely not completely natural. I hope to add a page a day to this site until it is looking like something !

Apprently BBC television and BBC web sites are banned in China because they are too radical and subversive. Highly ironic considering the BBC is one of the most conservative broadcasters in the world. The real reason might be because the BBC is highly critical of the Chinese dictatorship.

Human civilization has existed on the Earth for about 10,000 years. These time frames are obviously so long that there is no point even bothering about them. Stopping Poverty

I have started supporting the United Nations Food Program because I am sick of seeing starving kids on the television. It upsets me and makes me angry for the rest of day. They are supposed to be making funds available for this sort of thing so why is this still on the television. Bono ? Bob ? All this fairy tale rubbish about "development funds" and stuff makes me sick. If a company like Sun Microsystems can not compete in a globalized world (Microsoft) then what chance do people have in an African village ? The WFP should just be given $ 1 billion a year to stop Africans starving. Simple as that. Or ever better yet a one off donation of $ 20 billion should be put in a bank account and the interest of $ 1 billion a year at 5% can buy them food every year. Problem solved until we live in a perfect world.

I have just found out that Warren Buffet is giving almost all of his $ 44 billion dollar fortune to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Warren Buffet used to annoy me because he had all that money which he did nothing with. Well now I will have to change my opinion of him. I am very impressed and awed that he has such foresight. He has shot to the top of my favourite people list and what a small list it is !

I used to love the Jerry Springer show. It was one of the funniest things I had ever seen on television. I thought Jerry was a genius for creating such a ridiculous show. That was back in 1999. Now in 2006 I think the show is a load of mean spirited garbage. Jerry Springer is a highly intelligent man and so he should be absolutely ashamed for producing what is now a show that should have been cancelled back in 2004.

Ellen Degeneres

I like Ellen she is a highly intelligent funny woman. I felt sorry for her when she got cancelled for coming out (naughty girl) in her show Ellen. I never thought Anne Heche was a lesbian. She just used Ellen to get into Hollywood. Now where is she ? The last thing I heard about her was that she had been abducted by aliens. Ellen now has a talk show which to be honest is really a load of rubbish. I love Ellen but if you want to watch her new show then you might feel your IQ dropping by the minute.

Mickey Rourke

Mickey rocks ! He is one of the coolest, toughest and best actors in Hollywood. He makes people like Tom Cruise, Orlando Bloom and Jude Law look crap by comparison. He is making a bit of a come back now with Sin City which is great. If more people were like Mickey Rourke I think this world would be a much better place.

My favourite Mickey Rourke movie is the incredibly strange and atmospheric Bullet. On first viewing you might easily dismiss this film as rubbish but it really is an unrecognized gem of a film.

Bill O'Reilly

I like Bill O'Reilly but remember I also like Michael Moore. I don't understand the right versus left rubbish that goes on in America. In Australia we are just much more relaxed. Bill gets angry on his show which is great for a laugh to hear him rant and rave. I thought it was hilarious when he boycotted France. When there were riots in France the people should have fought back. We had riots in Australia because we fought back. I don't agree with such behaviour but with everything that is going on in the world I thought it was great that we fought back and so did a lot of other people.

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton is what is wrong with the world today. I saw House of Wax and it gave me a laugh it was so bad. Paris says she wants more challenging roles like Charlize Theron ? Poor Paris !

Michael Moore

Michael Moore is fantastic and a troublemaker. Fahrenheit 9/11 was a brilliant film. Bill O'Reilly hates him which is really rather strange when you think about it because they have a lot in common.

George Bush

I take it all back. George Bush is the worst president in American history. He has run up a debt of nearly 10 trillion dollars. He really is an idiot after all.

I saw the Aussie crime caper flick gettin' square which features John Brumpton who was pretty funny in it. Pity he doesn't get used much and people don't know who he is.
