Shelly decides that she has changed and that she needs to redecorate
her home above The Brick. She turns the bathroom into a pink paradise
and Holling finds he can no longer do his business.
Mike recovers his health but he decides he must leave Cicely and Maggie
to help fight for the environment. Marilyn declares him to be a hero
but Joel strongly disagrees. The town see Mike off in a tearful goodbye.
Maurice has his old childhood home driven up to Cicely by truck
and he spends his time feeling home sick for his lost youth and home.
In the house Maurice gets a visit from his brother Malcolm and he puts
to rest an old guilt.
