Ed has another visit from One Who Waits. One Who Waits tells Ed that he has found Ed's father.
Ed joins a construction team so he can get closer to his father. Ed has trouble gathering up
enough courage to confront his father but eventually he corners his dad in a trailer and tells
him he is his son.
Mike and Maggie embark on an environmental mission into the wilderness to discover what
the contents of some dumped drums are. Joel however scoffs at Mikes ability to determine
what is in a drum 500 miles away. Later on Maggie and Mike kiss but Maggie tells Mike she
kills men but he goes after her regardless.
A Blind piano tuner takes an instant dislike to Holling.
