A new resident named Mike Monroe arrives in Cicely. Mike must live in a bubble because he is
allergic to the 20th Century. Maggie is excited by Mikes arrival and Joel thinks Mike is in
serious psychological trouble.
Ruth-Anne's investment banker son Mathew also arrives in town after losing his job in Atlanta.
Mathew tells Ruth-Anne that he wants to change and that he is going to open up a tackle shop
in Cicely. Ruth-Anne is troubled by her sons return but Maurice sees dollar signs in the
investment wiz kid.
