Wake Up Call

Maggie's truck gets stuck and she meets a tall handsome stranger who helps her out. The man says he name is Arthur and Maggie develops a crush on him. The problem is Arthur has some strange habits such as catching fish with his hands and living in a cave. Arthur tells Maggie he must leave to be with his family. Maggie visits the cave only to find a bear who strangely answers to the name Arthur.
Marilyn's cousin Leonard comes to Joel's office to observe him as he practices medicine. Shelly comes to Joel because her skin is peeling and Leonard diagnoses her. He believes she is shedding her skin because she is being reborn. Joel and Leonard argue about each others approach to medicine but in the end Joel realizes he must take the feelings of his patients into consideration.
