Holling runs into problems with the IRS because he has not paid his income tax and he owes $9,000. In order to escape his financial predicament he invites Chris to invest in the Brick. Chris jumps at the chance and gets carried away with improvements to increase the bar's profitability. Holling starts to feel uncomfortable about all the new changes but thankfully for him Chris decides to pull out of the venture altogether because he figures he is a renter and not an owner.
