In the last episode of the second season Maggie's curse raises it's ugly head again
when her boyfriend Rick is struck dead by a falling satellite. When the townsfolk
come to mourn, the sight of Rick and the satellite merged together stikes them
as strangely humorous.
Two gay men who want to start a bed and breakfast come to town and try to buy
a house from Maurice. Maurice enjoys the company of the two strangers until he
realizes their persuasion and how much he shares in common with them. A love of
show tunes and gourmet cooking.
Shelly feels left out in the cold when an old friend of Holling's reminisces over old times.
